Our approach weaves together three pillars:
- High Privacy & Confidentiality – Your story is yours. We protect it with the highest discretion.
- Non-Judgement & Respect – We meet you exactly where you are, without comparison, hierarchy, or expectation.
- A Holistic Process – Mind, body, spirit, and environment are inseparable. We create conditions for harmony across all.
We also align with the 18 Criteria for Ethical and Responsible Practice outlined by the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research, and Service (ICEERS), which offers guidance for facilitators and practitioners worldwide.
These principles have been shaped by decades of experience and exist to protect human rights, cognitive liberties, safety, and dignity.
Why We Align with These Principles
T hroughout history, humans have sought to expand consciousness, heal, and deepen connection with ancestors, nature, and the cosmos through teacher plants and sacred rituals. Today, globalization has brought these traditions into new contexts, but it has also increased the risk of misunderstanding and legal persecution.
We believe the responsible, ethical use of sacred plants is not only a matter of legality — it is a matter of human integrity and planetary care. The ADF principles offer a clear, protective framework for practitioners and participants alike.
Living These Values
Whether you join us for a conversation, a ceremony, or a long-term journey, you will be met with the same unwavering standard of care.
For us, these principles are not checkboxes — they are a living code that guides our choices every day. We believe that safety, respect, and integrity are inseparable from transformation.

The session opened a door to my child’s imagination that I didn’t know was possible. She spoke of ‘a wise animal friend’ who helps her when she feels lonely at school. That image has become her anchor — she even brings it into her play. The benefits are gentle but profound.
Through the imaginal adventure, my son found a safe place inside himself. He now draws the images he ‘sees’ during the exercises and tells me stories about them. It has given him a new way to express emotions he couldn’t before. As a parent, I see him more confident and calm.
My daughter came out of the session glowing. She told me she had ‘met her own star’ and that it would always shine for her when she felt afraid at night. Since then, she falls asleep peacefully and talks more openly about her feelings. The shift has been remarkable.
